Analisis Pengaruh Work Life Balance Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan Coffee Shop Second Space

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work-life balance on job satisfaction among employees at Coffee Shop Second Space. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The population for this study includes all employees of Coffee Shop Second Space, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction among employees at Coffee Shop Second Space.
